Lina Gale is the Vessel of Winds as well as a former citizen of Gale Island, she is the Embodiment of the Wind Goddess, Lys.

Background

Lina was a citizen of Gale Island, before she took deep interest in treasures, and then, decided to leave the island and become a pirate with only herself as her crew. She was able to steal a pirate ship by herself, and with her own pirate flag on it, she traveled around the sea acquiring treasures for herself.

She was, however caught under the influence of Dufort's Death of Faith, making her lose faith and belief on everyone, becoming rude in order to hide her fear from people.

History

Elemental Gods Arc

When Lina appeared in front of the ship Matt, Josh, Derick, Luke and Alec were, she accused them of being after a treasure that belonged to her, after talking to Matt, she decided to follow their ship and snatched Josh's memento from May.

Reaching the Island, she went with Derick and Hootch to the Sanctuary, where she met Dufort for the first time, after a quick fight and intervention and defeat of Matt, Dufort grabbed her by her neck, giving him control of her wind which was powerful enough to break through Luke's Protera and hurt his hands.

After sometime, they challenged Dufort once again in order to defeat him once and for all, as she successfully slashed him making his ability cease from being a secret, Matt then, appeared with his newly acquired natural abilities and after a small confrontation, defeated Dufort with a fatal blow. Lina then, accepting her fate, agreed on bringing back the goddess, awakening Lys and leaving her hat back, as well as returning May's memento to Josh.
